I thought that it was peculiarly brazen of them to have the nerve to tell you this, only just before event s must prove them wrong, when it becomes obvious that I have not the slightest skill as a speaker -unless, of course, by a skillful speaker they mean one who speaks the truth.
I had chose this sentence, because it talks about how Socrates is saying that the orator will try to make us turn against Socrates. I think that this sentence would be good in a debate, because this tells us that the orators are doing this for sure to get Socrates executed.
